Denny's

This Denny’s was very dirty. The staff needed some fire under their butts. Almost every empty table was dirty. Our waitress was nice but very slow. Bus boy if he would have moved a-lot faster he could have swept the floors. I witnessed like 4-5 waiters and 10 tables with customers. It appeared there were at least 3 working the back. We waited almost 45 minutes for our meal. Which was not hot enough to melt the butter. I complained to the cashier about how dirty it was and asked who is responsible for sweeping the floors she said the waiters are but they were busy. Now wait 4-5 staff and 10 tables I don’t call that busy. No one except one guy was that busy that they couldn’t have cleaned the floors and the tables. We were there on 4/19/22. The guy waiter was cleaning his own tables and sweeping his area. I don’t think people handling food should be cleaning at the same time. To corporate you need a good manager and some new staff in this restaurant.

Haven’t been to a Denny’s in ages. Service here was extremely slow. They are clearly understaffed. One of us got the endless breakfast, and we left after waiting an hour for round 2 that never came out (after waiting over an hour to get our first round). The one waiter they had was nice enough. Food was blah. Had trouble cutting into my pancakes, though they tasted okay. Eggs were dry and food came out pretty cold. Didn’t want to ask for more coffee because I knew it would never come. Overall I was not impressed and will not be coming back.
