The “edible cookie dough” is AMAZING. Please keep this on the menu forever. Would be even cooler if you made a cookie dough bar out of it with different toppings! Love it! The staff is great too, always friendly.. I know where I’m gonna come next season when I need my cookie dough fix!!!!
Black Cow is the best ice cream I have ever had. I have been coming here for over a decade. Service is always great. Ice Cream is always wonderful. The frappes are amazing too!
An excellent little ice cream shop. They have plenty of flavors, sundaes, banana splits, etc. They also offer smoothies and hot dogs. In addition, for the adults, they have a nice craft beer selection, as well as some alcoholic ice cream libations, all very nice. To top it off, they have Superman flavor ice cream. Growing up in the Midwest, you could get it anywhere, but this is the only place in the area that has it. What more could you ask for?
I’ve door dashed this place a few times. The packaging is always organized and neat. They go above and beyond with the toppings. They hook it up. The huge chunks of PB cups and the clumps of actual peanut butter too? Perfection! Not to mention the ice cream is delicious. The cookie dough and cookies and cream are my favorites. Whoever is running this place is amazing. 👏🏻
We just went here for the first time and was so impressed when we walked in. Not at all what we thought it would be from the looks of the outside. So many flavors and toppings, thoughtfully placed seating and easy to follow arrows for one way traffic. The girls were super nice. We will be back!!

Great flavors. They have an excellent vegan selection from FoMu (closer than Boston for Metrowest). I enjoy a nice thick frappe which is always delicious (made with any flavor ice cream). Make sure to join the loyalty program if you intend on coming back for more (you will).
So many flavors to choose from! I got the cappuccino crunch and extreme chocolate. The cappuccino crunch was delicious. Loved the crummy chocolate. The extreme chocolate was ok. I probably wouldn't get it again. This place is a great addition to that strip mall. Thanks for bringing some community and fun to the location!
They have the best ice cream cakes. It's become a tradition in our house to get one for birthdays ( fortunately there are 6 of us so we get to enjoy a few!). Very friendly staff.
Large selection of flavors and the staff is always super accommodating/friendly. Also enjoy all the little gifts and nick knacks for sale across from the ice cream freezers. It's always a treat visiting TC scoops!
We absolutely LOVE this place! Sooooo wonderful that we recommend it to everyone! The owner is amazing! This is her dream come true and it shows! She is also a big community leader and helps other small businesses! It is a happy, wonderful place to take anyone you Love! :) Different cones and toppings to make every happy. Very friendly staff.
