Mcdonald's

I would give this experience one star if given the option. We ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes, a chocolate shake ,and a 10 piece nugget at 8:10 at the inside kiosk. Our receipt was time stamped at 8:10pm. We received our order at 8:38, and during this time 10 - 12 vehicles went through the drive thru and they received their orders promptly. No one was inside ordering during this time. There were four workers. One employee gave us our milkshake at 8:20pm , but nothing else. We continued to wait. We were polite, but the manager was snappish and was angry that we had used the kiosk to order - and said as much. Snapping at us and telling us there was nothing she could do about the ice cream, then she proceeded to hand an ice cream cone to a customer in the drive thru. I asked for our money back but was ignored. Even after this, we still waited 10 more minutes. Finally, at 8:38, we received our 2 sundaes and 10 -piece nugget.

My husband and I come here for unsweetened iced teas very often, as we live close by. 3 of them have been sweet iced teas within the past 2 weeks, which basically means we give them money for trash. Because that’s exactly what we do with sweet iced teas, we throw them in the trash since we don’t like them. When we order, it does say unsweetened iced tea on the screen. The only solution to this problem is to literally have to taste every single drink that we order from now on before driving away from the window. I don’t think We’ve ever left a bad review for any place, and we’ve reviewed many, but this is upsetting. Still giving 3 stars, because the iced teas are the only problem that we’ve had with this McDonald’s recently. Everything else has been okay. The people that work there are really friendly.

Stopped into this McD today because I was in the area on business. I mainly was there for the WiFi, but had a salad. It was average. They are all the same. Nothing wrong with it, fresh and tasty. The decor of place seemed a bit 90s, not updated like of them have been. The employees seemed a little on edge. Will return for an updated review.
