Sonic Drive-in

Well. After a run of wrong orders, we did not return to this Sonic for 3 years. A month ago we decided to give them a chance. 5 trips in 3 weeks, no shakes available,( really wanted cake batter shakes), ordered burgers with ketchup only: got everything except ketchup( food allergies for kids) . We really enjoy going to Sonic as a family elsewhere, won't be back to this location. They really need to fix the ice cream machine. It's been down for the last 5 trips.

Yes one star because my Husband went up there tonight and asked for his meal and they rudely didn’t get his order right, my husband asked multiple times. And they were very racist towards him, not to sound rude but their was a guy and a girl working in their and my husband is white!!! They rudely said I’m so sick of this white boy!! I’ll never NEVER BE EATING AT THIS SONIC EVER AGAIN!!! GOOD DAY!

Worse experience I've ever had at a Sonic. They didnt have carhops so we were directed to the drivethru. We ordered two burgers, fries, a soft drink and a milkshake. At the window they tried to give us a slushie instead of a shake. When we asked about it, the server said the ice cream machine is broken. After we left, we discovered they had given us tots instead of fries. Never going back to that store. I imagine they will be out of business soon.

Pulled in to the drive thru. Only had 2 cars in front of me. The wait was over 20 minutes. After sitting at the speaker waiting to give my order, I was asked for my order and when I started ordering I was told to wait. So I waited around 4 minutes with cars behind me. When I was asked for my order again the lady kept interrupting me and saying the wrong menu items. She said she couldn't hear me however the whole drive thru could hear my order. After hearing her repeat for the third time my order wrong I drove off. I did not feel confident that my order would be correct. In fact another car pulled into the drive thru in front of me because their order was wrong.
