Reviews of Taco Bell

Two Taco Bells, one in San Bruno and the other one in Melbrea, the other one in San Bruno. Both failed the One in San Bruno. The evening staff is unwelcoming towards customers. (not sure if not welcoming people is old school) They also forgot to put an out of order sign on one of the drinks. I had grabbed a cup and placed it under the spout. When I took a small drink of Sierra Mist, it was only carbonated water. Does anyone like this? To be eating and then take a drink of something you didn't expect? Don't they put signs out of order, sierra Mist, or whatever is out? San Bruno staff was friendly and Polite The Person at the drive-through seems to have taken the order exactly as it was told. He even repeated it back without saying. Would you like this or that? Precisely as it was told, he repeated. But the order was so wrong No extra Salsa on the bean Burrito and Onions when he had been told there were no onions at all wherein the Burrito, and where was the cheese? Honestly, should I not complain, or should I chuckle and move on? What about if someone spends their last dollar and expects a tasty drink? Or if someone is allergic and can't eat the food because someone dint read the ticket. Don't ask, or somebody had not made sure to warn that the customer was allergic to an ingredient. Taco Bell Corporate needs to post on social media about how will addressed these issues?
