Caffe Roma

They make a killer Nutella Latte, but other than that I can’t recommend this place based on customer service. I know they treat their locals well and have seen it first hand, but I don’t see that same level of service with others. I work as a flight attendant and I usually frequent Caffe Roma for breakfast during my layovers because they offer the Nutella latte. I typically get some variation of avocado toast as well and my most recent visit was less than stellar. There wasn’t much avocado on the toast, additionally it had been tossed around in the bag when I picked up my order. Instead of just writing it here and sharing it, I went back inside to inquire about it as it’s something I usually get. If they’ve cut back based on costs, I would have been fine but this wasn’t the case. They said they would add a few more pieces and all they did was mash the avocado slices to make it look like more were added. Going back in a second time didn’t feel like it would resolve the situation or be a positive interaction. They had a chance to fix it the first time and they settled for deception. Check my review history, I don’t tend to write negative reviews and give restaurants the benefit of the doubt as I worked as a waitress for 6 years.
