Taco Bell

Both this restaurant's website and Google show the Second Street Taco Bell and KFC as open for inside orders and dining, however once I drove to the store I found that although the location was fully staffed, the lobby was closed and it was drive-thru orders only. You could not get through the entrance or the exit due to the number of drive-thru cars blocking the one lane vehicle lane surrounding the restaurant. I question this store's dedication to their customers as EVERY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT IN THE CITY is open for walk-in ordering and/or dining, while this location feels it is too much trouble to open their lobby and let their customers enjoy a sit-down meal out. If it is indeed the case that this location does not want to provide a full-service experience for their customers then they should take down the in-store dining option from both Google and their website, and publicly announce the very real fact that our business is not fully welcome or encouraged so folks looking for fast food dining can go elsewhere rather than waste their time where they are not appreciated. I gave this review one star because I cannot leave less than one.

Tried to go inside to order because I've never been there before am I stalled it would be better if I went outside and ordered through the drive-thru well with people behind me and me not having been there I didn't get what I wanted because I felt pressured! When I finally did get the dinner it was just okay!

I used the rest room here and got locked up from inside for 2 mins. I was knocking the door from inside and no one bothered. My daughter was outside and asked her to ask the store guys to unlock it. If someone forgets their phone and get locked up inside. Not sure why they have such mechanism to lock it centrally, they could institute a door lock code.

When I’m crahsing hard during my evening work, this place is always there for me. Chicken Quesadillas no sauce hits hard every time, rescuing me from total meltdown. Thank you, heroes of the evening blood sugar crash. Guardians stalwart between survival and starvation. May the odds be in your favor.
