Great pretzels and ice cream. Amish or Mennonite owned and very pleasant. Place was packed but we got our order within 5 minutes. Tons of parking, a child's play area, and inside seating.

Love the ice cream and pretzels. The service was slow. They had a gal at the walk up window and a gal at the counter, and other people in the background but no helper to get the orders ready. So the person taking your order also goes and gathers your items. I waited quite a long time for my order. It was worth it, and I'm sure they know that. I really do like their food, just slow service.

Always sooooo good. Such sweet staff and the proceeds benefit a non-profit. All kinds of ice cream/ frozen treats and pretzel items. CASH ONLY. Indoor/ outdoor seating along with window or counter service. Local favorite and can be busy!!!

Visiting family and the area, so my fiancé and I stopped by the Ice Shack while we were at Mill Hall. This was absolutely worth the stop. They had variety on the menu, exceptional customer service, and large servings for the soft serve and other ice creams. The cinnamon and sugar, hand-made pretzel sticks were fresh and amazing! Definitely recommend if you are looking for great localbice cream and pretzels.

Very polite staff, always smiling and friendly! I would recommend to anyone in the area to stop by. Very fair pricing and the flavors of ice are amazing. We also got T-shirts for $8 and the staff member even brought the box to have us pick the color!

The ice cream is great and there's a large variety of flavors but for me it's their sandwiches and pretzels that are the best!
