Great flavor choice and reasonable price. Could be a tad nicer on atmosphere and my ice cream cake melted a lot on the way home. Be careful!

Some bitter old goober called me out for "cutting a lady in line." This didn't happen and he clearly just wanted to start an issue (oh, it was hilarious). He used a classic goober line to go along with his need to wear shades indoors: "Someone's gonna knock your block off!" Well it wouldn't be him because he couldn't even wait for me outside ): He then left the store which caused the lady I supposedly cut to release her inner Karen. She started raging to the employees about me as she now had a bad case of FOMO when it came to the drama. It didn't surprise me that she followed her nonsense up with, "It's the 31st so I get a discount to go along with those 31 flavors, right?!" She was told, "No." 😂 Employees were calm and cool about the situation. Never a dull moment at Baskin-Robbins!

If I want good ice cream I usually go to Baskin Robbins here in Mililani. They have a good selection of flavors of ice cream, sherbert, and nice ice cream cake selections. Prices like most places have increased but their customer service is always exceptional even if I never see the same employees. I stopped by for a 2 scoop sundae and they had a few new flavors but I didn't get to try. Maybe next time

I love the Variety of Ice Cream Cakes they have. My son will be soo happy with his cake especially because it's a ice cream cake.
My kids were very excited about the Coton Candy Ice Cream With Sprinkles & I thought that white Chocolate Unicorn Horn Was so cute & delicious. The hats were really cute.
Celebrated my daughter's 4th Birthday today April 3rd with A Mermaid Strawberry Ice Cream Cake & It Was A Hit, My Daughter ❤Ed Everything & We Did too. Thank you again for making our son 1st Birthday Ice cream cake, it was soo good and everyone loved it.

Great place to take the keiki's for a yummy cold treat. Always the best selection of ice cream and fast friendly service. An extra bonus you get a free kids scoop on your birthday.

We like their ice creams favoring mocha almond fudge because you are lactose intolerant that works well for us. We also like the chocolate! Both items we order served in a cup.

Great service, delicious ice cream, staff was friendly and kindly took and answered my questions in a polite, respectful manner, I recommend to go to this location if any other place disappoints

Friendly service, always stocked, never a long line unless you arrive on the 31st of the month (just come early). I love the strawberry and my little man enjoys anything with chocolate. Also highly-recommend their ice cream cake for a different but delicious alternative to birthday celebrations.
