Online reviews can always be hit or miss. I tend to rank places highly, or not at all. I can honestly say that we've ordered from this location dozens of times and never had a problem. I'm waiting for them to mess up, so I can update with an opinion on their response to that sort of situation.
Edit after 2 years: Still no mistakes or problems. We order about once a month.

This Mililani Dominos has awesome service. The staff here is on point. Have ordered from this location three separate times and each time the pizzas were loaded to the crust. You can tell when they made the pizza they actually care.

Everytime I seem to order online they are always apologizing for being late with my order. Which is really no problem for me but I guess don't expect it to be really fast. I live 10 minutes away I really should just pick up myself haha.
They are always nice and when the are late I'm always offered a coupon for free pizza or a free drink. Really polite staff

Honestly, the best dominos. They're super quick on service and very friendly. There was this one time, I cheated on them with another pizza service, and I instantly wish I hadn't. I won't make that mistake again. This Dominos location is definitely my true love. <3

Awesome customer service! Delivery man Sly I believe was super nice and I had forgot to ask for crushed peppers and he offered to go back and get me sum. Decided no need but that offer was really appreciated!
