Today I stopped by at Starbucks in Mililani Town Center before heading back to Kaneohe. I was only in Mililani because my daughter had a basketball game. Anyway, ordered some drinks and snacks for our ride home. I got all the drinks, forgot to ask for the snacks and drove away. I dont know about anyone else, but $10 is $$. I called and spoke to someone named Alajah (sorry about the spelling). What amazing customer service. She was able to help me out and issue me a refund. Girl you are awesome! Thank you for the grrat service! While in Starbucks everyone ws smiling and so friendly. Wish all Starbucks was like this. Definitely made my day a little happier.♥️

I only came in to purchase a gift card. They had the Hawaii one, with the nene goose and a rainbow, but they were all out of sleeves. I didn't order anything for myself to consume at this time. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The shop was clean and welcoming.
