Five guys for someone like myself is a Treat Yourself kind of place to go, I like it because I can customize my burger order to what I like to have in it. And have a shake as well, but my favorite part of five guys... is their Cajun seasoned fries.

Delicious burgers for a hefty price, but what's a little extra $, for a great burger! Hope it stays, Mililani location seems to be lacking clientele ... so many eateries affected by Covid mandates.

Generally we like Five Guys hamburgers wish we frequent in the Southern California. The ones that the Mililani branch do not stand out. We prefer the Kapolei Five Guys hamburgers they are really good and unique. If given a blind test, the Mililani branch hamburgers might be labeled "ordinary" which is not something we're happy to say. But that's the way it taste. This is our second visit in two 2-years to the Mililani Five Guys shop.
Another matter is it's fun getting roasted peanuts. But here in Hawaii likely the humidity likely makes them taste stale and weeks old. I called the hotline told them so and hopefully they will find ways to maintain the freshness of roasted peanuts. It's a shame that peanuts taste so much like old peanuts.

More than decent burger experience with helpful service up front. Bacon was crispy and overall burgers were cooked well without being too oily, fries were fine and peanuts taste better afterwards. Great spot to recharge with a satisfying burger.
