Pasta Loft

Every time we go here something happens. Last time my drink had lipstick all around the rim. This is COVID time, wash your cups. The next time they served flat soda and didn't cook my burger well done, forgot 2/3 of the toppings, and added ones I didn't ask for. They also completely forgot my fiance's order. She had to wait another 15 minutes while everyone else had their food. On the plus side, the food wasn't bad. It had nice flavours.

My wife and I ate dinner this evening at this establishment. We were walked to our table and left sitting there for 10 minutes before our server acknowledged us. Once we were acknowledged we ordered a beer for myself and a ginger ale for my wife. The beer was undrinkable, flat with no head and was barely “cool”. The ginger ale was also flat with next to no syrup. We sent both beverages back ordered a sprite and a water. The sprite once again was flat. We ordered fried ravioli and a pizza. The pizza came out before we had plates. The raviolis came out right before we finished our pizza. Both items on the menu were deceiving. The “Meatballs” on the pizza were little chunks of frozen beef. The raviolis were barely breaded and genuinely looked and tasted like frozen store bought raviolis. With the wait staff that lacked attentiveness and passion for what they do and the quality of food when compared to price was way over valued. We will not be returning again.

Very disappointed. Used to go before covid it had great food extensive menu fair pricing. Went last Friday limited menu ordered shrimp and haddock not sure if it was haddock breading very thick also ordered a chicken Caesar wrap the chicken was inedible could not eat. Pricing has increased very much to my surprise will never go back nothing like it used to be

Sort of a bummer. Loved this place always had good experiences. The portions sort of suck now and the prices don’t always match the food being delivered. Buff chick dip was expensive and the portion was small and it wasn’t really that great. Also, an extra five bucks for broccoli and chicken in the Alfredo dish? Ended up being like 20 bucks. Just kind of a bummer
