Have gone to this location numerous times. Service is extremely slow, whether there is a line or not. Tall, blonde, middle aged woman with tattoos (sorry, don't know her name, as they don't wear name tags) is often working the morning shift. She has zero personality; doesn't respond to greetings from customers and comes off as being miserable and unhappy in her job. She should not be in customer service. I said something to the manager today, who is a friendly, courteous and kind, but I doubt anything will be done. I think it's time for me to go a little out of my way to one of the other D&D's in town where I've found faster and more friendly service.

Coffee was ok, personally I love McD's coffee better. Staff at the Milford DD is so polite & cheerful that if your grumpy they'll brighten your day

BEWARE if you have allergies, the white man who works the drive thru does not listen to your order and just assumes what you want. No point in ordering from the drive thru if you are in a hurry. I feel bad for the rest of the staff that works very hard to make up for the individuals that don’t do their job properly.

Worst service ever third day in a row 15 minutes waiting to give order no costomers inside no one on line at drive thru. No reason for a 15 min wait. Third time I left without even a welcome to Dunkin. I will never go back to that one again
