Pop's Family Restaurant

I wanted Pop's to be our new weekend spot because the pancakes are pretty good but after 3 WEEKS IN A ROW of charging me for 2 sides and not putting it on the order, I'm starting to loose my patience. :1st time, OK little mistake/oversight. :2nd time, maybe out of whip cream? But still no refund on the sides?? :3rd time I SPECIFICALLY left it in the notes (knowing full well that it gets stapled directly to the bag) and surprise... No whip cream, no refund now on 6 orders of sides not received. They obviously read the order if they put the fresh strawberries on there but why charge me extra every week after week and cant complete the orders? Why put it on the menu if there is a refusal to add it to the orders? I cant be the only one being habitually overcharged weekly? Granted it's only a couple of bucks here and there but it still adds up. I can't say if I want to be ripped off/disappointed again for a fourth time because by then, I think it would be shame on me. It's just bad business practice in my book.

The food and the service was all great! We stopped in during our road trip. We stopped at a service center and gps’d nearby restaurants and this little wonder popped up. We decided to give it a try. We’re glad we did. The inside is very upscale and spacious and I love the floors. It’s very kid and family friendly. They even have outdoor seating. We had their cheeseburger, French fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, scrambled and fried eggs, home fries and their dinner rolls and we would consider getting everything all over again and trying something different also if we’re ever in the area again.

Love this place! The coffee is always absolutely delicious and the food is always on point! By far one of the best places to come for brunch! The quality of food has always been delicious and great. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean! It gets a little busy on the weekends, but that is how you know it's a great place! Even the inside vibes of the restaurant are great for young families and couples. Will always be going to Pops to have a great morning brunch! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for high quality food and warm vibes.
