Midway Mercantile deserves all the stars that were ever awarded. This was a very rare occasion where dinner was perfection. Every element held its own and contributed to the dish. The ingredients were thoughtful and fresh. I had the Venison Cutlets and My husband has the Wagyu (chef's cut). My husband actual ate his vegetables! I believe this chef can do no wrong.
We sat at the bar and the bar tender was amazing! She fixed us tasty drinks and made sure we were taken care of. When we visit again we will make sure to put Midway Mercantile on the agenda. It is well advised to make reservations...this place is packed because it's so freaking good!

We were seated right away at 5pm on a Wednesday but the place was very crowded by 6:30pm. They do take reservations so that might be the way to go.
I had Idaho trout and my wife had salmon. Both dishes were outstanding with a very upscale presentation.
The staff was friendly and service was quick. Would definitely go again next time we're in the area.

Stopped in for dinner a few weeks ago for our anniversary. Our server was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately we came in before they were closing for thanksgiving week, they were out of ALL their appetizers and a few side menu items. The trout dinner was quite good, my husband salmon portion was quite small. We noticed both meals seemed a lil over salty. Nice quiet atmosphere though.

Make a reservation! The appetizers were delicious and had a lot of great flavors. We got the fondue, clams and muscles, and dates wrapped in bacon. Everything tasted so fresh! We all really enjoyed our entrées as well. Well cooked and our compliments to the Chef!! I got the Chef’s cut which was a ribeye steak, medium rare, and it was phenomenal.

Wow! What a cute restaurant in Midway! The staff were incredible and the food was full of flavor and incredibly satisfying. My only regret is not saving room for dessert! I would highly recommend visiting!

Wow!!! Some of the best food I’ve ever tasted in Utah. Service was great, nice atmosphere as well. Worth the 50 minute drive from SLC!
The prime ribeye bolognese pasta was out of this world!

I had the creamy carrot soup, Hunter's Delight, and hot chocolate. It was all delicious. It was the first time I had venison, I was not disappointed at all. I recommend going to Mideay Mercantile whenever you visit Midway.

The wife and I are here and loved it. Our waitress, Kelly, was helpful, friendly, and attentive.
For an appetizer, we had the bacon wrapped dates which were to die for! Sweet, salty, rich, and just the right amount of acidity, they were perfect! Highly recommended.
My wife had the shepherd's pie and loved it. I had the pasta of the day: a fettuccine noodle with wine marinated sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, and pork, it was outstanding!
For dessert, we had their chocolate peanut butter pie and strawberry rhubarb crumble and both were perfect ways to close out our meals. We will definitely be coming back when we visit the area.
