I love Jimmy John's but this location is the slowest I've ever been to. We ordered online and arrived 10 minutes later and still waited 12 minutes in store. The staff was moving incredibly slow and didn't bother to update us on our order or anything. Also missed a sandwich and one had an entire wad of hair in it. Not okay at all.

Yikes! I ordered delivery and It’s been 1hour and 45min and still no food. Called 45min ago and was told they are on their way. I live LESS than 45seconds driving time from the shop and didn’t feel like walking over. Just called to cancelled and they voided the transaction, hopefully I actually get my money back including the tip. Bummer. This store’s quality and service has completely fell apart.

It’s not a big deal but I paid cash for my meal and when I was brought my change they were out of pennies and told me since they were out of pennies that my change would be short sorry. Having managed a franchise I just did suggest to the managers that instead of telling a customer so they were just gonna be short on their change especially if it’s pennies just to bump it up a couple of pennies and give them back a couple pennies more rather than telling them too bad. It’s all about customer service and that poorly handled

Sandwich quality has improved. Was getting the wrong toppings over and over so I stopped ordering for a while. Not sure why light or regular cheese is the same price? Update: Ordered same sandwich from same location. Asked for no tomatoes and EZ Lettuce. Still added it to my sandwich. Delivery details were to ring the doorbell (Ring doorbell from Amazon, everyone knows what it looks like). Doorbell never rang, sandwich was just sitting on table in the lobby. Asked for napkins and got only 1. Update 2: Waited a few months this time and the sandwiches are back to being the JJ standard we all love! Whomever is making the sandwiches today, KEEP THEM!

I absolutely love Jimmy John's, everything about their sandwiches is perfect. I order delivery and most of the time they are fast, they past few times they have taken about an hour because they only have one driver. However, last night, after taking an hour, they forgot my jalapeño chips. I called the store to see if they could refund me for the chips b/c I didn't want them to have to drive all the way back to my house for chips. They informed me that they would immediately deliver my chips, and they did in about 15 min. Even though I waited a long time for my food I am grateful for their service and them going the extra mile. Thanks!

I don't like to complain BUT when I pay as much as I did for a sandwich I would expect more. Arrived 1.5 hours after I placed the order. Totally get everyone has staffing issues but that is a long time. Then I open it up to take a bit and there is no meat. NONE. Just LOTS of cheese like they were trying to hide the fact there was no meat. The top is soft and doughy and the bottom is hard. $16 for this. Not happy to say the least.
