Stacked, Midlothian

Came here for lunch with my family (group of 9) after my court wedding. We arrived around 1pm and they were very nice to serve us anyways ( they close at 2). We stayed way over closing time and never felt being rushed. Ann our server was very attentive and patient with us.The food was amazing, large portions and very reasonable prices. Thank you so much we had a great time and will be back very soon!

My fiancé and I’s first time at Stacked in Crestwood,IL and we had a great experience. The energy was great the food was amazing and the staff was very professional. The owner came by, not knowing that this was our first time at the restaurant and made us feel comfortable. Our conversation with the owner was great. I’m always looking for a nice quality restaurant to patronize and this restaurant is on my list. If you’re looking for good quality food, good music playing as you’re eating and great atmosphere Stacked is the place.

We come to stacked weekly with our whole family and today was the worst experience ever. I will be calling the labor department and reporting this establishment. The lady handling to go orders had her hair down not tied up, the hostess was rude, disrespectful, and just unprofessional over all. Oh and the best part is no manager or supervisor on duty. The hostess said they were sick, so I’m confused as to why they don’t have another manager or supervisor to be on duty in case of situations like this? I am not one to complain but I waited over an hour for my to go order and when I kept asking on the status I got blank stares and a few minutes longer. After I waited over my quote time ( which was 20 mins) I began to get impatient. Never ordering to go again. My food looks like it was just sitting in the window and waiting. And I have to wait to speak with the manager until they come back from being sick. 👎🏻

Fl to Chi. Arrived at 1:15pm, and waited for 15 mins for an available table. Clean and friendly staff. Ordered mimosas and it came with the cute little bottle. Ole! Skillet, Scrambled eggs, butter pancakes, strawberries (my choice, other options for sides. 13 bucks Biscuits and gravy, with Red velvet pancakes short stacks with cream cheese, chocolate drizzle. Great brunch
