First time visiting this restaurant. Was searching for some good mexican food. Great customer service... Friendly and polite staff. I had the steak and chicken fajitas w/ rice and beans, Chips & dip. Rice & beans were delicious. Full of flavor. Steak and chicken was very good. I had to add a little salt & pepper but it worked. Guacamole was really good. They only gave a dollop with the fajitas. Nice portion on the meat. Nice grilled flavor. Salsa is sweet and hot. Overall great food. Definitely worth trying.

The Steak was overcooked, the lettuce was old, the beans were from the can, the salsa was watered down and the chicken tacos had absolutely no seasoning. My boyfriend and I shared the steak burrito we couldn't even finish our halves. The nacho cheese was straight from the can not even fully heated. We were so disappointed after spending upwards of $40 and nothing was enjoyable. If you want authentic this is not the place to go.

I would've given this place 5 stars if the salsas were more flavorful. They have a variety of food including seafood. The dishes are presentable and delicious. Staff very friendly and came by our table multiple times to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was prepared and served quickly. I will come back again.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Chicago and found this little spot. Possibly the best tacos we had while we were there for the week! And he loved his dinner. Everything was delicious. The girl who waited on us was very sweet and efficient!

Los Sarapes has a secret menu. Quesabirrias. Ask for Tony if he's there he will make it happen. The consme is very good and the quesadillas are full of meat.
Service is fast and friendly. Glad to have a new quesabirria closer to home.

The milanesa torta was nasty. The meat was not cooked. It might be an authentic Mexican food restaurant but it doesn’t even have flavor. The worst part is the female waiters working on the phones. No customer service skills. Last two times I ordered to go and was missing the drinks. I called and they didn’t want to give it to me. I will no longer buy from them.

Sour cream they use is disgusting, and I cant respect any Mexican Restuarant that loads their expensive burritos up on lettuce.
