Mcdonald's

Look at the pictures. Isn't that the most disgusting thing?! I shop here a minimum of twice a week and the quality has gone sharply downhill over the past 6 month's. Quality control used to be great here. I am tired of having them get my order wrong repeatedly. Today, they didn't even give us straws and the French fries were cold and mushy.

Absolutely Awful Service at the Prince George, VA location. The cashier was Wonderful, but at the pick up window it was terrible. The young man there actually shoved the food through my car window, he did not have the top on the Oreo McFlurry so ice cream went all over my hand, I asked him for some napkins because I had ice cream all over my hand glared at me and shoved and I mean shoved napkins in my hand and shut the window. I didn't do anything wrong I came ordered and even in the middle of ordering my food I stopped. Because I hadn't even asked the cashier how she was doing and I apologized that I had gone so fast without bothering to ask her. I do not think I will be returning to the McDonald's at that location. Because I do not seem to fit their bill. When I worked McDonald's drive thru in the past I never treated customers badly. They are the ones who paid my salary and kept the store in business. We knew better because we would have been reprimanded for mistreating customers. I am really saddened and disappointed. I used to trainer for several companies and I would always emphasize treating customers well...

I was gonna do it later but probably would forget so I can't let this go. I do breakfast there every single day during the week and it's always quick. But the main this is the manager in the morning. This lady has got to be the best in business. So nice and friendly. I dont have to get but one word out of my mouth and she knows my order. Cause i order same thing everyday, but recognises people and tells you something about a person, that she pays attention to her customers. I just want her to be recognized "she's that much for talks business" No like.. a nice raise would be good, or a pat on the back and say what a wonderful job you do for us and a thank you.. Well she's talks manager in the morning..thanks for the pleasure of knowing here

It's McDonald but they have added self ordering. See the picture. The new quarter pounder is made with fresh beef. I do like that with the self ordering it's easy to customize my sandwiches. I prefer a little mayo and lite salt. So you too can make it your way. You can pay through the self ordering system and they will deliver directly to your table, no standing and waiting.

We went through the drive through and asked for the travis Scott meal that was advertised on their window. The employee Got snappy and said they were not serving that at this location. We then asked for spicy nuggets, which they were also advertising. The employee got snappy again and said they didn't have those either. We settled on the buttermilk chicken sandwich. When we got to the window, employees were in a heated discussion/ argument and basically ignored us. They then told us we had to pull up to wait on our order. The fries weren't salted and the chicken sandwich was dry, tough and cold. Im very disappointed in my experience. We had to throw the sandwich away. Money wasted!
