Got what I ordered and it was hot and fresh they could be nicer but overall no complaints!

The soft serve ice cream was too soft. It took the guy three attempts to get it to stay on the cone. Had to eat it quickly.

Waiting on the line alone but no one even look. Cashier was so rude and couldn't get my favourite drink cause it had already finished in the machine and I guess they forget to add it up.

I had one of the best experience with a bright and smiling face today. Dana was professional and welcoming. Her smile brightened my day and I would love for her to receive recognition for her hard work! I’ve tried calling to talk to the manager but unfortunately no one answered:( PLEASE PLEASE let Danas manager/supervisor know she’s truly appreciated and it was a great pleasure having her take my order! She ought to be employee of the year and get a raise!!

This Burger King won't as bad as some I have been in. The general manager met us at the door with a smile and a hello. She wasted no time getting my family's order. I listened to her during my stay keeping her employees motivated to get the orders out and even when we were done another employee told us to have a good day. Not often in fast food do you get that kind of service anymore.
