Wing Station

Their manager i cant recall his name, tall dark african American male but baaaabbbbeeehhh he can fry some wings and sauced them up for the gawds!! My food is always fresh!! I have tried the other wingstop and i almost threw up! They are either soggy, too oily, are just not sauced properly at all! I wouldn't dare go to another one as long as im in Richmond. This is not a sponsored review. This is as real as it gets. They make it best!!!

I waited a few times trying this establishment before deciding to comment .Every time that I have orders from here, my food has been cold . I live within walking distance of this place , so when I get the notification that my food is ready , in there within a minute . And my food always tastes as if it’s been sitting there . If the food is actually hot , my order is wrong ! I try and call the establishment plenty of times to get my order fixed and no one picks up ! I’m 8 months pregnant so I just don’t have the energy to go back up to the establishment, but I tried various times to call about my problems. Oh , and I never order at busy times the weekend , I order during the week where it is slow !!

I tried ordering online and it said my card was expired, which it is not. So I tried using a different persons card and it said the same thing. Next, I tried calling the store and it rang for 3.5 minutes before someone answered the phone in which the associate had no idea how to fix the problem, and no care either. I’m only even giving it one star because the food is great, however the service was awful and ordering online was absolutely useless. You’d have better service at McDonald’s than what I just had to deal with. Ridiculous.
