I went to hooters for my birthday January 2021. With my family we were gonna do appetizers n cocktails to celebrate. I was told no drinks after 930 however as we sat to wait for our order pitches of beer were still being poured and passed out to certain people at the bar. When I asked if I could get beer I see it's still being poured she said no. I also asked why if people are still being served why cant we? The waitress said I guess it depends on who is working. We order tea after that then and we waited for our tea more beer was being poured at the bar we could clearly see this. So I was frustrated told my family let's go. I offered to pay for the tea we didn't drink and left. I returned by myself on Monday January 11,2021. I asked for the genetics managers name n number. The shift manager came listen to what I had to say about my experience. I explained I didn't want anything but to enjoy my birthday and have a drink. So that's exactly what I did. The shift manager sent a server and I order my 2 drinks n chicken nachos. When it was time to pay check even though I didn't ask for anything but an explanation. The nachos were on the house. My experience with Hooters is usually good I never had a bad one until that weekend of my birthday.

This particular visit was pretty bad. They were clearly unprepared to handle what was going to be an inevitable super bowl rush. Per the employees trying to yell through the parking lot they were over an hour behind on orders. I went in to inquire why my online order showed as delivered though I had no food and while I understand the stress it felt like they were making it feel like my fault. Cancelled my order but I'm pretty sure I'll have to call them later this week to square it away. Generally like this location and love the wings but this left a ton to be desired.

If you order carryout and get curbside pickup, the employees do not actually walk the food out to customers cars even though the directions tell you to park in their designated pickup parking spots. The wings are pretty good, they have a variety of different flavors and sauces. Their curly fries are more than disappointing. Onion rings are meh. They have other items on the menu too, like burgers that are also pretty damn good. This location is great, just remember to go in and pickup your food if ya get takeout.

I’m usually not one to leave negative reviews, however I feel that this meal warranted it. I ordered 10 Traditional Wings, Extra Crispy To Go. I live within 5 minutes of the restaurant. It said our order would be ready at 7:05 and I walked into the restaurant at 7:05. My food was indeed ready and I went straight home. The wings were so greasy and soggy that I couldn’t eat them. There was so much oil in the bottom of the plate that it was separating from the sauce. The wings were spongy and not even close to extra cripsy. Will definitely stick to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on.

We ordered online and did carside to go, like everyone else on Superbowl Sunday. I have to say even though there were like 30 other people waiting for pickup, they handled it pretty well. More like organized crazyness, lol. I am impressed. The food was still nice and hot when we arrived home and delicious!! The quality was still there even though they were extremely busy!

We’ve come here weekly last year but since the COVID started we haven’t come back until today. I came with my 5 others friends. The waitress was new and I feel like she didn’t want to serve us. She gave us drink and got our food order and left. She didn’t tell us how long we had to wait. After 45 minutes waiting for our food we asked her how much longer do we have to wait because my friends haven’t eaten anything the whole day. She said because the restaurant was busy so the wait should be 1 HOUR. We were ok waiting for 15 more minutes because all my friends had come. And after 30 MINUTES we asked her again and she said should be around 1 HOUR and 30 MINUTES. So we waited for another 15 minutes and there’s still no food. We have been waiting for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes for nothing. What a waste of time! I feel like she didn’t get my food order at all because all the tables around us were given food and we ordered a lot of food but nothing was brought out. I understand the restaurant was busy but she didn’t give us at least our fries or appetizer. I should have gone to another place. We normally give good tips for the waitresses there last year because they all knew us and they gave us pretty good service but not this time. We won’t be back anymore.
