Order was missing 2 items and @littlecaesars says: " Our customer care team representatives handle each case personally until fully resolved, which may take some time. Please let us know if you do not hear back from our team within the next couple days."

My wife and I were getting ready to go inside. After sitting inside the vehicle for a moment we noticed the cashier handling the garbage can without gloves. Did not wash their hands afterwards and grabbed food and served a customer. Never used sanitary gloves at any moment. Two other employees were handling pizza pans without sanitary gloves. Very sad but glad we saw this. My wife loves y'alls pizza, loves it. Please review procedures or something. Thank goodness there was another one up hull street handling things properly.

Pizza is good, my favorite actually but don’t expect to eat it if you can’t pick it up. Was not able to place order for delivery through website OR mobile app, and absolutely no one answers the phone at this place, so you can’t order that way either. Thought it was a one time thing but has happened everytime I’ve ordered since which is the cause for my low rating. The only way the order goes through is if you opt for pickup instead of delivery. The phone is the most annoying part for me, As I’d understand if it was off or something but it’s not. It will connect, ring, and then hang itself up after a while of no one answering. I’m not sure if they’re declining calls or what but I’ve never seen a pizza place who literally never answers their phone. I mean what’s the point of even having the number?

I have two stars because my order is generally correct most of the time. I’ve been here multiple times and each time they were at least 20 minutes late with an order I put in an hour early. And a lot of the time they forget your sauces and it takes another ten minutes to get the sauces you need. It’s really irritating and this place has gone down hill! I blame management. Don’t go here if you can help it! Please take my review as an opportunity to improve! Thank you, Y’all take care
