O'charleys

Usually the Curbside pickup is pretty good. Tonight, possibly due to a short staff issue, we waited 20 minutes (this was after we arrived at the designated parking space 26 minutes after ordering) for our meal to come out. No apology offered so I Immediately regretted tipping (we prepaid). Food was good.

UPDATE 1/09/2021 After being contacted by the manager and receiving an explanation and apology we have ordered several times and I have to say we have not been disappointed. Over the last several months we have received exactly what we ordered and the food has been flavorful, hot and fresh. Thanks to the management for stepping up and providing many enjoyable meals. OLD REVIEW; Extremely disappointing. Been here many times and it’s always been acceptable, but our most recent delivery was absolutely awful. On hold for too long to complain with manager so here it is. The baked potatoes were beyond stale. Cut them open to reveal a disgusting smell and dark inside. The broccoli was past ripe and much too yellow. Our chicken tenders smelled of fryer grease that was well overdue for changing. This Ocharleys is not working very hard to overcome the current hardships and an awful job at convincing us to come back.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stop for a late dinner one night a couple weeks ago. We hadn't been to O'Charley's in forever bc the last time we went it wasn't so good. We walked in, it was over an hour until close. Stood at the hostess station, where there was no hostess. We had several servers, see us and ignore us. The final straw came when the manager walked half way down the aisle towards us, clearly saw us, picked up something and turned around and walked away. She did not say "Someone will be with you in a moment" or "thanks for your patience" or anything at all, just turned her back and walked away. At that point we had enough and turned to leave. As we were most of the way to our vehicle the manager ran out of the store wanting to know how she could help us. Unfortunately, it was too late at that point and we ended up finding something further down Hull. We will not be back.

Had an order delivered and this is how part of it was packaged. The order of bread was just put into a paper bag. Are there no containers or other sorts of packaging available? Their bread just isn't the same anymore, its changed over the course of time; it's not tasty anymore. The fried chicken salad I ordered was just okay. I'm just disappoined because I was an O'Charleys fan.
