Panera Bread

Tip: just go inside and put your order in. Service is super slow, but it would be faster than putting an order in online for pick up. Rapid pick up is not so “rapid”. I would put my order in online, and get there to find that my order is not yet completed at the promised time. I wait 10 minutes longer, but nothing comes up. I went to ask the cashier, and she explains to me that someone might have picked up my order already and had the team redo my order. I don’t get an apology for the wait or anything. The whole time I waited, I could have put in another order and gotten it done faster than putting an order online for in-store pick up. This has happened to me multiple times only at this particular location. I understand sometimes this can occur, but why does this happen so often at this Panera Bread.

Ordered two sandwiches (made sloppily) with extra meat. Neither had extra meat. One didn't include the lettuce or tomatoes we ordered. Both salads we ordered were sloppily thrown together and even has old lettuce. Additionally, the delivery was late. Called the store and the phone rang until I was disconnected. Called a second time, chose the option for contacting a manager and got an employee who said he would pass my complaint on to a manager and my order would be refunded. We'll see. At least 3 to 5 days before verifying with my card. We were just really looking forward to tasty sandwiches, quickly and the way we ordered. Didn't think it would be this difficult.
