Sergio's Pizza

There’s a reason this place has been busy for the past 25 years... it’s DELICIOUS and their service is always stellar. A lot of beers on tap and probably the only place around that has Nightingales AND color swirled soft serve! Not to mention the ridiculous appetizers they have. Following all pandemic guidelines, Highly recommend!

Food is always very good to great... but customer service is top notch! Last night my wife wanted Sergio's for takeout for her birthday meal. So we ordered online, i drove and picked up our food. When we got home and unpacked it, we learned that he wedge salad was missing, although we had ordered it and paid for it. I called them up and was prepared to drive and pick it up - BUT NO! This was their response, "We are so sorry, we forgot that item, what is your address and we will drive it to your home, now." 10 minutes later there was a Sergio's employee ringing my doorbell. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I really don't understand how this place has such good ratings. I ordered a pizza from them tonight for the first time one pizza and it ended up costing $34 with five toppings. It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Not to mention when it was delivered it was made wrong there were three toppings missing. It was an extremely disappointing, over-priced, and mediocre tasting Pizza. I will not be ordering from them again.
