Placed order on line. Park where indicated by signage. Checked in on line "I'm Here". Waited 15 minutes and no one came out with my order. It was dinner time and there was no customers inside the restaurant and no customers at the drive thru. I finally went into the store and my order was just sitting there. Now I have cold food, limp fries and nuggets and a chicken sandwich that tasted old. So disappointed.

Always a fan of Wendy's. Their spicy chicken sandwich is a favorite of mine. Food is typically fresh or near fresh and those new fries are great. The Dave's craft lemonades are as long as there isn't too much strawberry mix in the drink. Overall, very satisfied with the service and food. Keto up the great work!

It took a while to order at the speaker and a while to get our food but we got to the window to find only 2 employees on a Friday night so they did the best they could. Our order didn't get repeated back so we left the drive thru to check the bag to find we were missing items but based off the receipt we didn't get charged just didn't get what we wanted. Also they were also out of all nuggets so that was a little disappointing.

Extremely slow! Almost 30 minute wait for food. Drink dispenser was not working and food quality was horrible. Burgers were cold and buns were not fresh. Fries were not hot or fresh. I will try store again hoping today was just a fluke?

Every time I ask for no tomato on my sandwiches, they always put them on. (Not the end of the world.)
I was asked to pull forward one day because my food wasn't ready yet. Normally I don't mind waiting. However, one of the employees was standing outside smoking right where they asked me to wait. Since I'm allergic to smoke, I wasn't able to pull forward.
If I didn't like the food, I would not go there again.

Frosty machine works every time I am there unlike the infamous ice cream machine at McDonald's. That alone keeps my business on a hot summer day!

All the food we got looked like a 5 year old made it, in fact I order Baconator Fries and they DID NOT melt the cheese. Just a sad Wendeys.

Salad was yummy. Fries where good also. But the catsup was gross. Wendy need better catsup.
