Olive Garden

They have fantastic soup and bread sticks. The last 3 times we've gone the table service has been lacking. The servers are pleasant when they are at the table but leave huge gaps in time between visits. Drinks go empty, plates pile up etc. Need a take out box? Ha good luck seeing the server again. The last lady was nice but she came back to the table twice after serving us. They were not busy.Maybe 5 tables were occupied in the whole place. We ordered the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. We weren't eating fast, were not a high maintenance table. We would have liked another salad... I paid at the kiosk since I got tired of waiting for her to come back. Food was good.

I live nowhere near Midland, but stopped on the way up north with some friends. The customer service here is impeccable. They should give lessons to other businesses on how to do customer service well. The experience was so good, we decided to stop on a different trip even though this location was 20 minutes out of the way. Go here if you want to be treated well.
