Re: 3206 N Midkiff Rd, Midland, TX 79705 location
Clearly and consistently the worst Whataburger in all my travels. Has been this way for several years. I can handle waiting, but the quality is just terrible. Literally every burger I've gotten at this location (3206 N Midkiff Rd, Midland, TX 79705). When in town, I give it a try because some crazy person in my family doesn't want Midland's excellent Mexican food options every meal like me. EV. ERY. TIME. Dry not-fresh patties and stale fries. ALWAYS. Just a shame. A true black eye on Big Orange.
All other locations, superb.

Love the food. Being going there since I was a kid. But every time I order honey butter and say butter very clearly they always give me honey mustard. It’s really annoying. Who wants honey mustard with a breakfast. Next time if you hear honey mustard make sure the person wants that. It doesn’t hurt to repeat it.

For starters the customer service is good, the reason I'm giving 2 stars was I got a double cheese burger on texas toast and when I got the sandwich it was cold not like it cooled off more like it never got cooked the cheese was still cold I tried to eat it mainly because I work out in the field so it would have been the only food I'd get to eat for a good while but honestly a cold burger isn't all that great.. made it half way before I just couldn't continue this right out the cooler burger.

Ok, if you are visiting Texas for the first time, YOU NEED TO GO HERE. Shure there are better burgers on the planet, but no other burger tastes like a whataburger. It's a higher quality version of fast food.

5 PM June 10 short Hispanic manager very rude to employees instead of understanding and training them right he wants to yell at people and even us as customers. I hope corporation can fix this and get our opinion there’s more than one comment about this . I hope Fred learns how to treat people

Super rude service from each employee we talked to. Got charged for extra sauces we didn't ask for and was told "It's only 35cents" it's not that it's 35 cents, it's the principle that they charge customers for things they didn't allow and won't refund when pointed out.
Plus they forgot our fries after telling us to pull aside because they were waiting on our fries... not quite sure how that adds up..

Waited 25 min in a drive through line that was short. They made a concrete wall too so you can't escape the wait. Food is not worth the wait. They make fast food a joke.

Very dependable and although there is a 10-15 minute wait some parts of day, the staff is generally very nice and on point with getting orders out the way you asked. The onion rings here specifically are very good.
