We went into this location on Florida and Big Spring St earlier this evening for ice cream and I was disgusted by the complete disregard for the customers view in terms of cleanliness. Along all the window ledges in the dining area were dead flies, I've attached a few pictures. Throughout our dessert, I saw employees touching their face, wiping their nose, digging in their ear - all while handling food. I asked to speak to the manager about the state of the dining area, the employee I asked came back to ask me what I'd like to speak to the manager for. I explained that the 30-40 dead flies on the ledges was disgusting and it's a health hazard as well. I, too, work in the restaurant industry and I understand getting busy and peak hours. However, all I got were excuses about why there were flies, dirty tables, trash on the floor, and full trash cans in the lobby.

Felt rushed while ordering. The young man kept interrupting me. Didn't get what I ordered. Hamburger was made sloppy. It was cold. Like it had been made way earlier than when I ordered it. They had no gravy or ketchup. Had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes for an awful experience. Doubt that I will be back to that location.

Good food, and better people! Ordered food in the drive-thru then realized I forgot my purse (and I live 50 miles away!). Tried to use the debit card number my Husband sent me but they were having trouble with it. A wonderful woman working there, with a beautiful soul, offered to pay for my food. I was so touched by her kind jester. In today's world it's nice to know that there is kindness to be found. Luckily, the manager was able to use my card and pay the bill. What a great experience.

Had to wait 2 long for my order and when i got home the order was ALL WRONG!! The burger and fries was COLD, and the steak finger basket the meat was the only the HOT thing in my whole order. I ask for no pickles on ONE burger, they didn't put pickles on none of my burgers. The tomatoes was soggy and the lettuce was brown!!! I will never go to that Dairy queen again, the service is terrible!!!

This location needs some help. Took over 10 minutes to place order, and over 30 mins to get food. Only had 3 customers and they got everyone's order wrong. Switched mine with drive-thru and got another ladies wrong. The blizzard was good so the only reason it's not 1 star.

Place has gone way downhill. Want ever the greatest, now it's just horrible. My large fries were more like a small fry and they weren't good. Took way too long to get the food out. Just not a good experience.
