Didn’t have any Cajun seasoning for the fries so I ordered cheese fries. Here’s what I got. Soggy fries half covered in cheese. Burger was good though

My husband and i stopped by last night like we usually do and we had never had this bad service employees arguing with one another waited 45 minutes to get our order and for our burger to look like this ! Simply disappointing. Called for a refund and no answer. Never coming here again horrible service

Steak burgers are pretty good. They once had a peppercorn steak burger that was a favorite. Their fries are plenty and great with ketchup. The dining area could’ve been cleaned more often. Multiple tables were left unkept.

Slow, disgusting and understaffed. Pretty horrible service for being in a good location. It started off bad and has gotten worse.

Horrible service. Waited in line for twenty minutes after only receiving half our order. Did not know what they were doing when placing your order. And booths and tables look like they haven’t been cleaned in a week. Only good thing about this place is the food is good.

The worst place we have ever been. Waited two day days ago for 45 min. Just to get 2 shakes. Then waited 25 min for one order out of 3 orders.
By far the worst customer service ever.

Used to be a really good place to go, but the last few months they've been out of several item so they can't make things on the menu. Extremely understaffed. They just need to shut it down at this point
