So I show up to the Mall excited to get my favorite ice cream and I asked Jacob if he can please just add a small amount of coke since I cant have to much of it, he says no and its either all full or none at all. VERY RUDE. Said he couldn't. Got mad and changed the size from large to small and didnt even fill the cup half way. Asked why and he said that's what it was and it was 2 dollars more. Pretty sad because I did purchase the float and just got ice cream, asked for his name and I left. Really bad experience. Bad customerservice. Sad, would like to contact the manager.
