I always order Cinnamon Rolls with extra icing on the side and lately they been very SLOPPY ! cinnamon rolls just thrown in the box literally all upside down torn APART when they come all together. Icing be all over the box hardly on the cinnamon rolls and COLD ! But supposedly made fresh when order VERY DISAPPOINTED AND will be taking a break from ordering through them ! I hate sloppiness!! And the manager is the one that be placing it in the boxes smh stop rushing and just doing people any type of way !!! Had to RE HEAT THEM which I shouldn’t have to at all !!!!

We come here sometimes when we don't feel like cooking. It's always a pleasant experience.
Pretty much what you'd expect from a Cicis, which isn't a bad thing. Buffet is usually pretty fresh, and they keep things clean.

The customer service , especially from the guy cooking, don't know if he was the manager, but extra stars for his personal kindness.and accommodating efforts. And the kids had a great time in the gameroom!! Plus food was great! Thanks!

Missing toppings missing dipping sauces. Missing sauce on a pizza. Pretty bad. Its all listed on your recipe that print out, or your screen, it has all items listed on it.. whoever does a quality check on food before it goes out needs to pay a little more attention, its not that hard.

The pizza is always fresh out of the oven and great variety ...what they lack is a little more detail on the personal special order pizzas
It wasnt what I expected ..hardly any cheese and over the top ingredients ...overall it was a good experience definitely recommend to bring the family in

I usually don't like to eat at Cicis pizza but had my nephew's with me so I decided to stop at this location since I was driving from Dallas Texas to Pecos Texas since they asked for pizza. It was my sister and her 3 kids plus me and our bill was less than 30 Dollars so I was happy that I didn't had to paid more than that. But I was kinda scare that the pizza was not gonna be that good. I walked over to the pizza bar got me a plate full of pizza and grab a cup of pasta sat down and eat the whole pizza and pasta was really good. Had a good taste was cook well. I was very happy with the food. And the people that was working there were really nice and the place was keep clean at all times that I was there. I sure will be stopping there every time I have a change. I highly recommend it!!
