Have been to multiple Mongolian grills while traveling, have to say this is the first that was a pick your bowl and done. Used to being able to try multiple different combinations each time instead of trying to put everything in your 1 bowl since you only can make one trip up.

Literally the only person in the restaurant can't get my drink it's been 30 minutes. All the food was frozen to the sides of the pan and what is this in the picture couldn't even chew it if you tried. And they never have all the sauces out. Is there even a manager on duty ever. By the way if you leave a bad comment for the restaurant the owner will tell you to contact email address so that you can get restitution but they will never respond back. They only say that to everyone so that people seeing the reviews will think that they are providing restitution for their bad experiences. It has now been months and there has been no reconciliation for my experience.

My daughter, Mindy works there and has been there going on 2 yrs. Mindy is a real go getter. While she was born with a nervous condition and is on medicine for it,she does her job and then some-!!! She has worked during the good times and the bad times and is above reliable,even tho she drives 45 minutes to work and 45 minutes home,everyday to make her job her # 1 priority as well as her customers. So sad that people judge what they don't know or understand. Mindy has a personable attitude and enjoys her customers & job. I eat here and so do several people I know and her service is ABOVE what is expected and will continue to eat there BECAUSE OF MINDY AND HER EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Waited an hr got my meal, the person taking my order cooked the food also. I saw a lady walking in the back that could have helped but didn’t. Sever thank you for lunch, service great but speed of food horrible

Food was disgusting! I love ghengis grill but this location serves me cold food and slimy noodles. Not to mention it was $20! It was just me! I was not impressed and sad to say that I'll never come back to this location. Food is supposed to come out steaming! Also I had 6 meatballs in my bowl, theres was 2 after and they were cold. I will not reccomend this place to anyone!

Service very slow. Watress only came to table when I called her over to tell her my bowl was brought to the table COLD if I dug to the bottom it was warm. The server dropped it and ran off so fast I couldnt even ask for anything!

Placed an online order at around 7:00 p.m. It said the order would be ready by 7:28. Arrived at restaurant at 7:25. They have no curbside pickup, so I got down. There was 1 staff member manning the bar and checking on patrons. No one was up front to greet guests. The lady was running around and finally got to me to ask what I needed. I then waited another 30 minutes for my order to be ready. What's the point of online ordering if you still have to wait? Food was good though. They could have given me a free drink or something while I waited.
