Applebee's Grill + Bar

Look I like applebees the food is okay for a dinner and the drinks are actually pretty good however this location in particular lacks good customer service, first time I went the waitress was decent and “attentive” to an extent, but this time I have to say our waitress was HORRIBLE, she didn’t give a care like an ugh attitude, on top of that she would basically run past our table not asking how’s our food or even a refill on our drinks, my girlfriend had to finish the rest of her food NO DRINK, had to let her have the rest of mine because I was actually able to catch her in the midst of her attempting to sprint past us to get my second drink, I’m done with this location, feel like the tip I gave wasn’t even deserved. The table behind us who came in after us received more attention than we did in its entirety.

Went in for a late lunch with my mom who has Alzheimer’s. It was a hard day for her and me too. Desperately needed the Perfect Margarita and food too. Our server Mel was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and while I tipped her well, I wish I could have afforded to tip her more. Thanks Mel for helping me & mom have a nice break during a difficult day.

The food here is good but the staff needs to pick it up. I went to this location with my wife and the food was on point and out quickly, however, the waiter seemed like he had someplace better to be. Very lackadaisical, and not attentive whatsoever.. We had empty glasses on the table for over 10 minutes before he came back to ask if we wanted refills. Then when we said yes he forgot and took another 10 minutes to get out to us. Amongst all of this, we still tipped very well (over 25%) because we know how difficult it is to get good waitstaff. I hope my next visit is a 180° difference from this most recent visit.

Everything was perfect. From service to the great food. Best Hamburger I've ever had iny life. With the fireball whiskey sause. Yummy. And the extremely extra large onion rings. Biggest ive ever seen in my life. We are beginning to become once a week regulars. Also the all you can eat riblets, Fried shrimp and. Chicken fingers. OMG! THE Shrimp is so tender with no tails. Wensdays Sangria Pitchers for $10. All around great Restaurant. We like to sit in the comfy booths in bar area. Tons of tv's for us sport fans.👍10 minutes from our home. This is our favorite right now.TY

399 each for Mac and cheese tiny serving turned out to be Kraft Mac and cheese .88 cents a box with .20 worth in tiny container coleslaw dry no mayonnaise tarter sauce bites your tongue YUCk !!!!!!!! Order 91 dollars of take out fish and chips fries were cooked yesterday that I got disgusting fish weighed 2 lbs with all the oil it soaked up all the oil from fryer taste like a lump of sponge GROSS ordered much more but I am tired of texting so much nastiness trust me I could go on and on and on NEVER AGAIN
