Excellent customer service with a warm welcome. I came in this morning and was greeted kindly. I ordered a half dozen donuts and used a coupon for a free donut and they had to figure it out so it could be honored. I respect their hard work in trying to figure it out. I felt I gave more trouble than the coupon was worth. Sorry about that. The donuts were consistent as always - fresh, warm and delicious. Thanks for making my morning!

Such a unique experience as far as donuts go. Freshly made to order. If you want something that is not run of the mill. You have to try this place. They even make breakfast donut sandwiches. Donut s are not too sweet but the different creations are.

If you're thinking about it, just do it!! We took our friend here as one of the stops on her birthday and each donut hit sooo good. Never realized that we've never actually had a freshly made donut. I got Brain Bits and The Boardwalk. Warm, came apart so easily, and DELICIOUS. We were looking forward to it because there is one opening near us in NY. Will definitely be going to the one near us when it opens!

We traveled here and made it here at 5:20. Someone was in the door when we pulled into the parking lot. Guess they were locking the doors….It’s not 6pm. While I’m writing this post two other cars pulled in to patronize this business and couldn’t!

I’m not a big fan of donuts or sweets, but a certain time a month I crave sweet stuff, if you know what I mean. Lol Duck Donuts are always fresh and delicious! Dunkin is gross to me, Duck is the best! Support your local family businesses!
