Burger King

One of the worst BK's in New England! Upon entering establishment, no greeting as we approached and stood against the rail so we could peruse the menu board. The cashier, somewhat rudely asked us, "are you ready?" We let someone else go and then we ordered. Very impatient and tried to rush us. Took longer then usual to receive our food and when we did, it was not made to our order preference and our drink wasn't how it normally is made. When I brought it to her attention, she ignored the food preparation and the drink she stated that's how it is made. So I told her to add another ingredient to my drink. What an awful experience at this location. Hope they are aware of this after my review as I do review a lot on here and TripAdvisor.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING! Tried using the BK Survey Reward for the Free Whopper, and 2 of the employees had no idea how to use the cash register to take my food order! Then some (I'll assume he is the night manager), comes over, tries to put the Survey Code information into to cash register and says to me "You wrote down the wrong number!". I know the number is right! He swipes some card he has in his wallet, I pay the $4.31 for the small fries and small soft drink, put the receipt in my pocket not looking at it after I had paid the $4.31. I was given the small soft drink cup, waited for the order for more time that I should have! The same (manager?) hands me a small bag with just the fries in it, i say to him "Where's the Whopped that I ordered?" He says to me "You ordered 2 Frozen Cokes!" And I DIN"T! He has an very angry look on his face, and looks as if he's under the influence of something! I had no choice but to leave as feeling this man was about to start to get violent with me! Looked at the receipt before leaving it has on it: 1 sm fry 3.99 - 2 sm frz drnk-loy reward dvl 0.00 - 2 *Frozen Coke. Not the order that I placed! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BURGER KING! I won't be going back there again any time in the future! The whole restaurant is always dirty and tables always need to be washed, soda machine has soda all around where you place the cup and the ice and soda come out from! BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

Food is what you would expect from fast food. I really am impressed with the corporation for having a good vegetarian option. Sadly I have never felt so uncomfortable. Manager is yelling at staff. She is being foul mouthed. I can understand why food is moving slowly. Staff is afraid of being ridiculed and humiliated in front of customers.
