Hands down the worst Wendy's, ever. We got up to the drive through intercom and we were asked to wait a moment, which of course is never a problem. We were then sitting there so long that cars behind us started beeping like crazy, and everyone knows nobody does that in a drive through unless it's really an unreasonable wait time. When we finally got to the window we saw a bunch of teenage boys rough housing and moving as slow as molasses! Laughing, joking, literally totally causing the back up. The straw that broke the camel's back had to of been the fact that my food was cold and my drink was warm. Just terrible. Do not recommend.

Wendy’s has one of the better rewards programs with the app, and every month there is a breakfast promo such as 99¢ coffee, or a 1$ biscuit. The food is good for what it is and the associates are very friendly.

Quality conol is declining. Ordered a baked ppotato with cheese bacon. Got one with chives. ;(. Salad pecan /apple. I asked for extra pecans. Received 2 packets of almonds. Sure would be nice if the employees actually listened, instead they were flirting and playing around. Not sure if I'll order again. Very dissapointed.

25 mins in the drive up is excessive. They do not greet you, so you're left wondering if they're open sitting 10 plus mins at the speaker with nobody saying a word.

I was at Wendy's in Middletow RI, 62 Valley Rd, the big lane outside, the big lane inside, the staff very slowly move in slow motion, the guys with the super long hair misplaced, they need to improve the service in this place .

Wendy’s is probably one of the better fast food chains around, and they’re usually pretty good with the orders. The slow wait time isn’t this particular store’s fault as this location is very popular and they tend to get overrun with customers (we could probably use another location on the island). My main complaint is with that one evening shift guy with the short hair who always wears a gaiter masks (usually under his nose). He is so incredibly rude, never remembers the sauce, and never tells you if there’s another bag coming.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for 2 small frostys. Finally get to the window and get them melted and one of them only half filled. Not worth our time to try wait another 30 minutes in the drive thru to get it fixed. I never knew it was so hard to just fill a cup with ice cream especially when you have 30 mins to do it because the drive thru is so slow.

It's not to bad. They tend to always forget my sauce though. Lol I love Wendy's fries, Jr bacon cheese burger and nuggets are bomb.
