The food was tastey and hot. Cut back on the salt in the chips that was way to much. The service was ok also.

We had placed an order online and mistakenly chose Newark Delaware at the Christiana Mall. Called them and asked to have it transferred to Middletown (where we would be passing through), they gave us the worst time about it said they couldn’t and that we had to call corporate on Monday to dispute the charges on our credit card. Get to Middletown and meet Frank who is AMAZING and made sure we got our entire order, said he would call over and handle everything with the Newark location plus gave us complementary drinks and chips. He turned our horrible experience into something amazing and we will definitely be returning on our trips north. ****Chipotle, Frank definitely needs to be commended for his awesome customer service. It’s because of him that you’ll have a return customer.

Quick friendly service. Bathroom open for customer use. Ordered take out. Just wish the guacamole wasn't almost $3.00 for a couple tablespoons. It should be part of the price like any other toppings. Just my 2 cent's. But still love the food either way.
