The salad still taste good but their new packaging is awful. You're still getting the same portion but in a very small package that's filled to the very top so you can't mix it with out it getting all over the place. They also don't pre mix the salad which just adds to the mess. And there's no choice in rolls and it's not even half the size or the same kind of bread as the original. And they don't list what goes in the salads anymore. It's just all around disappointing. I can't see myself going back

Salads are still good, but they changed they way they make/package then now, which is a major downgrade. Instead of making in a bowl and mixing/tossing before boxing it up, they just make it straight in the box so you have to mix it yourself, and there's no room to do so without having it spill over the sides because it's filled so high.

Used to love to get pretty good salads and sandwiches from here but lately they must have started cracking down on serving sizes because the amount of salad you get now is barely half of the bowl they serve it in. Food still is good but not worth it anymore in my opinion with the new Panera down the road. Edit: In my experience, the serving size for my last 4 orders from here has consistently been MUCH smaller, regardless of the bowl size. And from my memory, the to-go containers are still the same exact size they have been for the last year I have been going to this location.

Awful experience. I would not even give this a star. Came into the store and ended up with a half-filled bowl. Manager said my toppings on the Sophie Salad were weighing on the salad but I have had that same bowl before filled. They provided horrible service as when I asked for more the manager responded, “I can only fill it with lettuce.” not being courteous and saying that she can remake it. If it was remade this would not be a review, but here I am. I did not pay $10 for a salad half full as why do they have that size bowl in the first place. Everyone in the line after me got a FULL salad. Do not recommend this location as they are not welcoming, did not seem happy, and did not want to attend to my concerns. I have pictures to prove that my bowl was half-filled and it made my day worse in being dissatisfied and disappointed in the end which I did not need after a long day of work.
