Taino Smokehouse

The food is pretty good. My friend and I both had the Brisket. I wish there was a little more bbq sauce on the meat but it was very tender. Mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful. Cornbread was a little sweet for my taste but not in a bad way. We tried to sit outside in the front, but it was a bit too windy and the staff were very patient when we relocated inside the restaurant. The music and decor were not bad and the prices were reasonable. I would like to try it again when the back patio is opened. It looks nice out there but unfortunately it wasn't opened yet.

We happened upon this fabulous spot when waiting for our pup to be evaluated down the road. The outside patio was beautiful with tables under an large, long ivry covered trellis. This seat provides wonderful shade and perfect view of the grills/smokers and chefs. Immediately the smell was out of this world!! We ordered lunch and it did NOT disappoint. The waitress was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. We can't wait to go back again!!!

My sister took me here and i loved every bit of it even though the inside is kind of small they also have outdoor dining. Now for the food i ordered the 2 meat platter with 2 pint size sides and 2 cornbread's, now i went with Brisket and half BBQ chicken, garlic mashed potato and mac& cheese (i didn't eat any other sides they had on their menu) and the corn muffins come with apple cinnamon butter on them.. now the brisket was made to perfection and that's coming from someone whos favorite meat is smoked brisket and the chicken was also made to perfection very juicy even the breast and you can taste the smoked flavor in it, now for the sides the mashed was very flavorful and the garlic was just right and the mac and cheese was good the cheese sauce was very rich in flavor you can tell they used good quality cheese to make the sauce, now for the cornbread muffins those were good especially with the apple cinnamon butter. At the table i was only able to eat a little but it was more then then enough food to take home i actually had left overs for days. Cant wait to go back to CT to go back. The prices were affordable and the staff was very nice..

Amazing! Some of the best BBQ I’ve had, especially noting we’re in New England. Absolutely love their backstory and the links leading to the history of BBQ on their website. As a Native Mexican-American myself, it was the whole reason I had to come in and check it out. And I was not disappointed. Great delicious food on all levels, from the sides to the mains. And excellent, friendly and helpful staff as well. Keep up the awesome work!
