Absolutely terrible. I know what you're thinking. Food court food... How good is it going to be? But out of the whole food court, this Wendy's is the worst. The syrup mix was way off. Brought them back up for 2 different drinks and they were just as bad. No other solution offered. I wouldn't get Wendy's from anywhere again on general principles.

They are so slow. Girl who was supposed to be working was on her phone, wiping her mouth while handling food. No one was wearing gloves. Waited In line for a while and still had a line of people in front of me. Finally just left. People who were fortunate enough to order food still had to wait a while for food to be ready. One customer kept coming up to the counter to Check on his food. So unprofessional and sad.

Stopped for lunch and service was slow due to low staffing. Also watched as 2 people who ordered after me got their food while I waited. This was because my bag got put aside, my order taken off the board and was forgotten about. Terrible experience and will definitely not be visiting here again.

When I got online there were only 2 people ahead of me. The cashier was so incompetent my boyfriend was ordering food elsewhere in the mall, got his food and finished his entire meal before I was served. The only thing I ordered was fries and a drink. When I finally received it, there was HAIR in it. NO THANKS

211East location Rocks! Staff is usually friendly and helpful! Management is always aiming to please! Food is very consistent! Easy on and ready of the highway.

food is horrible. Always cold. I spoke with an employee by the name of rose or rosetta and her attitude was HORRIBLE. rolled her eyes at me with disgust when I asked for fresh food. Will never go there again I do not recommend.

Ordered sauce. Did not receive sauce . Went back to politely ask for sauce . I work at a restaurant I understand your busy and forget things short hand. But don't look through me like glass .

It's an okay location however they consistently mess up our order. Always forgetting items etc. It wouldn't be so bad if they weren't rude to you about their mistake.....
