Not going to complain about kiosks or no waiting staff. Going to look over the Manager because staff seemed to hold their own.
HOWEVER, the food was awesome! The Frisco burger was delicious 😋 cheese burger hot and juicy. Fries crispy and milkshake perfect! The staff was friendly! Definitely different from the old steak and shake. HOWEVER, the food was awesome!

Got some burgers through the drive thru today and they were absolutely phenomenal. Fries were nice and crispy too. I haven't had Steak N' Shake in forever, but this was probably the best I've ever had.

The lady in here tonight (11/7) was absolutely amazing. We came in 15 minutes before close and we felt really bad but she assured us it was fine and did not rush us at all. It was very much appreciated.

Kinda weird to have no one come to your table at all if I wanted this kinda service i would have went thru the drive thru food was really good but the ordering screen doesn't give enough options to customize food 😔

Food was really good and prepared fresh as usual. Only complaint is that the tile flooring was really slick and my 6 year old fell on his back..I almost did.

I come here when I need a quick burger of QUALITY. Not fast not slow. You know they are cooking to order everytime and I have no complaints of that. Order is always right and guys are always nice :) .

Have to order at kiosk when you walk in and not much direction to do so. I saw a couple people come in, wasn't acknowledged and left. There should be something to point out the kiosk. Food was good though.
