The 2 people who waited on us were great! They had me and my husband laughing so hard. I wish I had caught their names. Great experience and awesome service and the sandwiches were very good as well! Thank you to both of them!

Had some subs delivered to my place. Turns out they were out of wheat subs so instead they gave me regular bread and two cookies. TWO! They left a note on the receipt apologizing for the substitution and a frowny face. I'm very happy with the outcome. Keep up the good work, hope the workers have a good day!

The employees are super nice! I have a pretty big family and they were super sweet about making the sandwiches. They were busy and still were very nice and I completely appreciate it. If you’re thinking about stopping for a delicious sub, I’d recommend hitting this spot!!

I Was at subway yesterday, and put in a online order. The workers weren't prepared or professionally making my order. They completely mess up on the one sub and I ask for help to receive a free sub on Friday, and the one worker was very rude. Me and my husband figure it out and got the free sub, but still our order wasn't put together correctly. Hopefully they receive more training.

I have been to this location a few times now with my boyfriend. First, I will say the service is amazing! Friendly staff. But most importantly, they remember I am a vegetarian and they make sure to use clean gloves and utensils for me. This last visit we had forgotten our masks (for whatever idiotic reason) and they gave us each one without giving us a hard time about it.
As far as food goes, it's Subway. The store is clean. But I will continue to go to location because of the staff.

Absolutely best customer service I have experienced in any Subway in the Ohio area (I have been to quite a few). The gentleman working the counter was extremely friendly and even though we came in 30 mins before closing and ordered three footlongs for picky eaters he was kind even after having to grab veggies from the back and adding things I forgot. I have gone into several locations appx an hour before close and was made to feel like an inconvenience. Will definitely take my business here often.

Exceptional service from this Subway. We ordered party subs for a birthday party, and not only were they made perfectly and right on time for pickup, but the staff called ahead of time to confirm details of the order, and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when I picked up the order, even offering to bring it out to the car for me. If every Subway had such high quality employees, I'd be frequenting them even more often. Highly recommend this location.

Fast and very nice service. Had a respectful crew that got my sandwiches together very very quickly. Put a his and hers on each sandwich so I'd recognize it when I ate lunch with my wife. I recommend this Subway to anyone looking to lose weight. They pointed out the things that were on sale and saved me a couple bucks by doing so. I will sure return to this place to eat.
