Mcdonald's

Visited on Sunday after a walk around Elk Mill. Requested table service. Lad who served us was polite and professional and couldn't do enough. No name badge so cannot share unfortunately. Wife's burger was very cold. Took to counter and whilst waiting, Chris came over and said he would sort. He did, very quickly and she received a fresh hot burger. Chris also engaged with our children who liked him. Only thing to stop 5 stars was cold burger. Waiting staff were excellent

Always busy and waiting times are sometimes long with all the delivery drivers. However the girl serving today was fantastic. I overheard another member of staff calling her Beth. Quite a young member of the team. Smiling at all the customers. Apologising for wait times. She was exceptionally good at her job. Macdonalds are very lucky to have such a fantastic employee.

Dont know who they are employing here but seems they cannot read. 2 times in a row now they have sent a complete different order yet have the correct receipt taped to the bag. Never going here again. Shocking service constantly as a few friends have had the same issue at this place. Might be doing it as a laugh.

Shocking branch Middleton . Happy meal with plain burger order nothing but bun and burger no relish etc at all asked if this was noted yes and it was but taken back 3rd time got it right disappointed child and hungry . Loves an occasional eat in McDonalds treat . I have noted that the take away deliveries by just eat etc are in and out sit inside and u wait ages . Not good enough at all and not even given a little freebie to compensate 2nd time the chips were missing member of staff checked order and agreed it was on the order to be plain . Rant over. Lunch somewhere else next time !!

Obviously this concentration on delivery orders over walk-ins is not working as still get orders wrong every time when having it delivered. Store management and staff don't care. Always forgets straws and sauces also has a missing item every time and to top it off don't dare ask for a triple or double because you will be missing a patty. A 2 year old could have put my order together better. So disappointed that this is my closest McDonald's and only one I can order from. Don't even deserve 1 star.
