Cousins Subs

I have been working close to this place for 4 years now. It used to be really good before but since last few months (if not 1 year), due to lot of management changes, the Quality is going down. I had ordered sand-wich just right as I always did before, but multiple times, they either forget something or add something I asked not to.. Also, today, I found stale onions in (even though I ask not to add onions).. I am probably not going there again. My colleagues said, they have stopped going to down there for sometime now.. I learned my lesson finally today.

I was very mad and disappointed when I ordered a $10 15 inch sub. I didn't get the right bread and they also didn't put the the toppings on that I asked for. They even forgot to take off the tomatoes. Paying this much for a sandwich and not getting what you asked for is ridiculous and frustrating. Especially when they aren't even busy. There is no excuse.
