Pizza Hut

My family and I ordered two pizza and wings with breadsticks. Tonight the delivery driver never rang our doorbell, the website and text both say our for delivery still. After an hour of waiting when we finally happened to check to see if our food was delivered we found ants crawling on our food, broken apart pizza and dented boxes. The first time I called they person hung up immediately. Upon calling the store a second time and having someone actually answer, whoever answered only wanted to give us a $40 store credit for an ordered that was more than $40. This was a waste of money as we threw the food out and had to ordered something else.

Called at 4:30p with an $85 order for pickup at 6p. Arrived at 5:50p. Walked out at 6:20p with our order because they "got busy." We planned ahead so we wouldn't have to wait and our party would start on time. Totally screwed up our plans. Hadn't been back to this Hut in 6 months because they screwed up our last order. Won't be back. They get a hard F. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else.

My order was messed up, and ultimately the food was disappointing. I remember pizza hut being really good as a kid, but as an adult, having tried more types of pizza, pizza hut comes in behind most frozen pizzas available now-a-days. Some people may still like it, but for the price and quality I am surprised the Hut is still in business. I can get a $5 pizza from the freezer section, have it ready in less time than ordering/delivery and be significantly more satisfied. I will probably never order from here again.

The Detroit-style pizza was very disappointing looked nowhere like the commercials on TV the small pepperonis on the top were burnt the cheese tasted old. I will not order that ever again and I suggest as a customer you think twice before ordering this pizza. We have had other pizzas from there that have been excellent but this one was a bomb.
