Our last experience we ordered pizza online like we normally do. We order pizza maybe one or twice a month. Just a large cheese pizza and breadsticks nothing to difficult. The time given for our food to arrive was max 30 mins. After an hour of waiting I call the store to see what is going on with my order. Mind you I have an email conformation telling me exactly what time I ordered my food, the person I talked to not only told me I was wrong and said I hadn't been waiting that long he then said your food is with the delivery person and will be there shortly and hung up. He didn't try to fix the problem and I could have guessed that without having to call I was waiting for an hour so it better be here shortly. When the delivery guy came with our food mind you I live maybe two miles away our food was cold, and looked like it was just thrown into the box. Then he had the nerve to grunt and roll his eyes at my husband after we didn't give him a tip. I am normally understanding, I try not to go out of my way to leave negative comments at places, things happen and sometimes people run late. Every single time we order food from here this is the experience, terrible. I was in customer service for a while so the way the employees treated us is not okay on top of the horrible quality in our food, we most likely will never eat here again.

Walked into the store to order carryout pizza online deal the employee behind the counter said I had to order online to get the deal. After spending 20 minutes tracking down my password to to the ordering page the web site told me that address was not valid and I needed a valid address to order. Another 10 minutes later the employee being less busy was happy to ring up the order without any problem. Moral of this review is your customer service needs a lot of work. Computers can make even a sociopath a productiveworker

I just tried ordering a Gluten Free pizza and I called the store to ask about an ingredient as the website does not list all of the ingredients (I have a child with honey and GF allergy). Answer I got... "we're busy, so I'm not going to look that up for you. If it's not on the website, you can try back when I'm less busy." Guess what? I'm not coming back! That was terrible customer service! Papa Murphy's, here I come!

Pizza is often late and the customer service is not good. Even the delivery driver said they were seriously understaffed. Hire more people or stop taking orders you can't fill on time.

I've been waiting on my delivery for over a hour!! I call and the man that answered the phone was very rude. He said "I've been getting this call every two minutes". Obviously understaffed. Then when I asked to speak with a manager he hung up on me!!

Very friendly, and surprised me with cups and plates when delivered to hotel. I never even thought of not having such simple items when ordering. Also informed me of cupons available.

The current drivers were awesome, but the current manger nickle and dimed me for a pepper in my pizza box. Very unsatisfied and will go to a different papa johns
