Arrived at 12:45 and were promptly told they were closing and we needed to leave. Bagel was toasted but cold and the butter was like a frozen brick and could not be spread on the bagel. Sizes have definitely changed for the smaller. Service was less than welcoming. Usually a much better experience, but this location was NOT good at all.

I have been going for awhile because this is the closest to the office and hotel I work from when I'm in town. When they are staffed its great but im adding a one star review because of the regular drive up only hours. Not everyone has a car and closing the dine in just screws pedestrians who walked over to get a cup of coffee. I get staffing shortages happen but close the drive through and make people come in so everyone can get drinks. There is plenty of parking.

Asked for no berries, they strained them after they realized they put them in. They said they would remake it, they come back three seconds later with an unmixed drink. Not usual for this store at all.

Ordered 3 to go traveler boxes and was told it would take 15 minutes to fill them which I was fine with. It ended up taking over 30 minutes... Super frustrating knowing how many other people they served in that time and that my order was just ignored. I wasn't allowed to place the order ahead because the app doesn't allow for traveler boxes in this location - it always says they are out of stock (they are not out of stock).

Food was good as always, but the barista taking our order was very stress inducing. We were the only ones in the store still deciding what to eat and she kept saying “over here, over here” trying to get us to order, then when we were there she said “anything else” probably 15 times when we were still deciding what we wanted. It was a bad start to our days (yes it was 10:30 but we wake up late).

Fast. Hot. Really needed a mocha. But I thought the Grande was a little short.
I bought a bag of Winter Blend beans last year at Starbucks, a rich, flavorful blend. I make a pot and enjoy it for 2 days!! I also bought Starbucks Hot Cocoa mix at Costco which they sell one time each year for a short period and make my own mochas.
However, sometimes, you just need a mocha while on the road, but ALL the TIME, make it a STARBUCKS!!

Typical Starbucks but our drinks were slightly off, could tell what exactly was missing or different. Service was good and fast for as packed as the store was.

Just not good service. Ever. Ordered ahead today on the mobile app because always busy and service is always slow. After waiting 20 minutes, was told they never got the order even when I presented them with my actual receipt. We did not have time to wait another 20 minutes, they basically told us we were SOL, no refund was offered at all.
